You can book a 15 mins audio consultation with me using the form on this page. This is completely free and open to anyone who wants to consult with me on a specific issue. Some more info:
- unless I make an exception, I don’t offer multiple free calls with the same teams. You only get one free call, then we need to agree on a paid engagement (which could be scheduling further short calls, but paid). Exceptions do happen, but they’re exceptions.
- please prepare by having a look at the material I offer on this website and try to prepare specific questions for the call. I try to provide as much as value as I can within 15 mins, but the more you prepare, the more you will get out of it. Among other things, please have a look at:
- the ICH framework I use
- the resources that enable you to use it
- how to manage Behavioral Change
- the Behavioral Orchestration Toolkit I offer for free
- I may suggest to follow up the call with a free workshop, delivered onsite or remotely, for qualifying prospects or not-for-profit organizations.
- If you book in my morning slot Sydney time, there is a large chance I will do the call walking outside. This won’t be an issue but don’t be surprised!
- I may need to reschedule our call as my client work takes priority. If I do, I’ll let you know in advance and will offer to reschedule asap on any free slot on my schedule, not only the ones displayed here.
- If interested, book early: I offer a few slots each day but limit the number of calls that can be booked each week, so be aware that a consultation booked removes more than 1 available slot.
- If you run an accelerator, are a VC fund, or a large organization with multiple teams interested, please get in touch by email (julien@julienlenestour.com). You may qualify for a free group session where I combine my intro workshop and a consultation with each team (again, onsite or remote).
